Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Jing Dong's financial goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to formulate and implement financial strategies that align with the overall company vision.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making and enhance profitability.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and performance evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders at all levels to communicate financial insights effectively.
- Act as a financial advisor for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities for the organization.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function.
- Ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting and analysis across cross-functional teams.
- Stay current with financial regulations and compliance requirements to uphold industry standards.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior finance team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in Financial Analysis/FP&A, preferably within logistics, distribution, warehouse, or transportation industries (open to related fields).
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Excel) and accounting systems.
