Job Description

• Finance Business Partner for ExCo level with reporting and controlling services with opportunity to rotate in the future to other finance business areas.
• Business and financial controlling
• Budgeting and forecasting participation
• Close integration with all relevant stakeholders for the area

You’ll have daily interaction with management, sales and colleagues from other departments which will include (but not limited to):

• Performance analysis on business opportunities and risks
• Preparation of inputs and participation on monthly performance meetings with stakeholders
• Setting and evaluation of KPIs, benchmarking
• Business modelling

You´ll deliver:

• OPEX trended together with EBITDA, including assumptions with reasoning compared to Strategy plan, Actuals and budget
• CAPEX updated, including assumptions with reasoning compared to Strategy plan Actuals and budget
• GM/NR trended, including assumptions with reasoning compared to Strategy plan, actuals and budget
• MTD, YTD, consolidation file, Financial statements, commented MTD, YTD differences in accordance with company standards
• KPI file including volumes, margin and other indicators
• Explanations to all deviations and understanding the key drivers

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in a Finance sphere (FP&A / Controlling role, Big4 experience, accounting, auditing services etc).
• Min Business or Finance Bachelor’s degree
• B-2 level of English for daily use in an international working environment
• Strong analytical and presentational skills
• IT comfort with advanced Excel functions is a must, PowerBI skillset is an advantage
• Open & strong personality, social intelligence and motivated mindset
