As our Finance Business Partner, you will provide accurate and timely financial insights that enable informed decision-making across the business. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will work closely with department leaders, senior management and budget holders, supporting financial planning, performance management and reporting activities.

Location: Poti, Georgia
Position reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- To act as a part of team, collaborate with different organizational functions as needed and contribute to overall success and process/safety improvements.
- Responsible for monitoring the budget against the actuals for the Capex projects on a monthly basis.
- To prepare studies, reports and different comparative analysis according to requests.
- To assist respective departments with the Investment Proposals (IP) creation (including financial part) and follow up on its approval process.
- To handle monthly Capex meetings.
- Forecast monthly Cash Flow statement.
- To coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, new business planning, trended future requirements and operating forecast.
- Drive Investment follow ups, including terminal model (when required).
- To be involved in strategic projects and support the management team with various analysis.
- To execute other tasks assigned from time to time by management or immediate supervisor related to the development or execution of the business of the company.
We Are Looking For:
- University education – Finance/Economics;
- 3-5 years of experience in finance
- Excellent analytical skills including the ability to extract, compile and analyze the data
- Key communication skills together with a clear understanding of both budgets and KPI
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills at all organizational levels, including the ability to explain finance concepts to non-finance people.
- Customer focused with the ability to play a business partner role with senior staff and budget holders
- An effective team player; supporting colleagues and contributing to discussions on the evaluation and development of services.

Skills Required
- Higher education qualification in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Three to five years of relevant professional experience within finance
- Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, business cases, and costing
- Broad accounting knowledge, including journals, reconciliations, balance-sheet management, and internal controls
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to extract, compile, interpret, and present financial and operational data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including explaining financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and partnering with senior colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using ERP systems
- Experience with IFS, OneStream, or Power BI
- Fluent Georgian
- Upper-intermediate English
- High ethical standards and a collaborative, customer-focused approach
