Finance Business Partner M&S - VIE Contract

  • Location: United States of America, Framingham
  • Target start date: 01/09/2025

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

As Finance Business Partner M&S VIE in our Finance team you will contribute to the site's financial performance by providing accurate, effective & reliable financial information and improvement opportunities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Active member of an Autonomous Production Unit (APU) Leadership Team, participate to daily +QDCI (Quality Delivery Cost and Involvement) meetings, support decision making through strong business partnering.
  • Support and challenge the operational team by using financial results to identify levers to meet or beat site performance targets.
  • Present financial forecasts C1/C2/Budget/Quarter Landing. Support RDOI (Rare Disease and Other Immunology) cluster on Strat Plan assumptions.
  • Prepare and participate in business reviews with RDOI cluster heads (including risk assessment).
  • Interact with other functions such as Manufacturing Excellence, Supply Chain, Engineering & Maintenance.
  • Challenge volumes and inventories assumptions provided by Supply Chain.
  • Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) modeling per financial calendar requirements.
     

About you

Experience:

  • 1+ year of Finance experience.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Experience demonstrating strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
  • Demonstrated skill in transversal coordination with partners and stakeholders in activities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Solid analytical and decision-making skills.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Corporate Finance (Controlling preferred).

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
