As a Finance Business Partner (f/m/d) at Takeda, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, you will support key business areas and act as a trusted advisor. Your passion for analyzing financial data will enable you to provide innovative, solution-oriented insights and present them in a clear and convincing manner. You will not only understand numbers but also question them when needed, ensuring accuracy and clarity in your reports. In this role, you will represent the finance department in cross-functional teams and contribute to data-driven decision-making through your analytical expertise.
How you will contribute:
- Financial planning and submissions for assigned areas, including cost centers analysis
- Monthly closings, result analysis, and transparent reporting packages
- COGS planning, plausibility checks, and reporting
- Reviewing and tracking investment requests, preparing and present investment reports
- Creating, analyzing, and interpreting KPI reports
- Ensuring data quality, identifying areas for improvement
- Involvement in financial strategy and relevant projects
In this position you will report to the Head of Site Finance.
What you bring to Takeda:
- A completed degree in business administration or related fields with a focus on finance and controlling
- Initial work experience as a controller in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with operations controlling, project controlling, as well as cost and asset accounting
- Excellent IT skills and experience with financial planning and reporting systems
- Accountability, initiative, and proactive work approach
- Flexibility, independent working style, teamwork skills, as well as high commitment, ambition, and resilience
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
