Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance Team. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting key business decisions by providing valuable insights, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, a deep understanding of financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear, actionable way to stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze financial, market, and operational data to generate insights that drive decision-making.
Prepare and present regular performance reports, dashboards, and key business metrics to senior leadership.
Strategic Business Support:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply, etc.) to assist in strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Provide recommendations on pricing strategies, trade investment, sales forecasts, and cost management based on in-depth analysis.
Scenario Modeling & Forecasting:
Develop financial models and conduct scenario analyses to forecast business outcomes.
Help the business prepare for potential risks and opportunities through proactive analysis.
Business Performance Monitoring:
Track business performance against KPIs, identifying any variances between actual and projected results.
Provide actionable recommendations for improving performance and achieving business goals.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Present insights and analysis to senior management, supporting informed decision-making.
Productivity & Improvements:
Identify areas for cost reductions /savings or process improvement, supporting business efficiency.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement:
Work closely with different departments (sales, operations, etc.) to ensure alignment on business objectives.
Serve as a key advisor to teams making decisions that impact the financial health of the business.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance decision Role.
- Fluent in business English – written and spoken
- Excellent Analytical and Communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to a wide range of stakeholders
- Proven influencing, negotiation, and collaboration skills (for the seniority level), with a range and adaptability of style.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools (experience with ERP or financial planning software is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
