Reporting to the Director, Administrative Services, the Operational Performance and Transformation Business Partner – Administrative Services, plays a key role in providing analytical, operational, and decision-support expertise to the Administrative Services teams.

Acting as an internal business partner, the incumbent supports decision-making through rigorous analysis, monitors operational performance, and actively contributes to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working.

  • Salary Grade 005: $84,600 to $105,800 (Base salary will be determined based on education, experience, training, and competencies related to the position.)

Your Role in Delivering Results
  • Act as a trusted advisor to process owners to improve operational efficiency, simplify ways of working, and eliminate organizational pain points.
  • Analyze processes and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities, inefficiencies, and optimization levers.
  • Facilitate problem-solving workshops and engage teams around identified improvement opportunities.
  • Lead or support transformation, automation, and standardization initiatives aimed at enhancing Administrative Services performance.
  • Actively contribute to the transformation of Administrative Services by promoting automation, standardization, and harmonization of processes and tools, with a focus on operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Analyze processes and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities, inefficiencies, and optimization levers.
  • Play an active leadership role in continuous improvement by challenging the status quo, identifying optimization opportunities, and driving the implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Develop, structure, and enhance dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and analytical tools to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support proactive management.
  • Influence and support teams and managers in evolving ways of working, prioritizing high-value initiatives, and adopting best practices while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Monitor internal and external best practices, challenge existing methods, and recommend structural improvements to enhance quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For to Deliver These Results
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Finance, or a related field.
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience is required.
  • Relevant experience with business intelligence (BI) or data analytics tools is required.
  • Full professional proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken, is required.
  • Certification or experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, change management, or data analytics is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of SAP ERP systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, PMP, or other relevant certifications are considered assets.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong influencing skills without direct authority.
  • Experience in process optimization and simplification.
  • Strong results orientation and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders in a change-management environment.
