Join the Digital PXT F&BM team for an exciting opportunity to optimize business performances by helping to drive key initiatives.
As a member of the team, you are responsible for leading the business casing of financial and non financial valuation to support prospective investment decisions, demonstrating value increases over time, and conducting post-implementation reviews. This role is to support the Digital Product and Tech organization partner with the product CFOs to connect investment plans to value generation.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, adapting messages to diverse slate of stakeholders and clearly articulating strategic objectives. Strong analytical acumen is required to critically evaluate complex data and generate insights or inform recommendations. Time management is critical for advocating multiple investments opportunities to completion.
Job responsibilities:

Manage a small team

Support Digital to understand investment planning and capture data needed to articulate value (financial benefit, non-financial benefit, risks)

Collaborate across multiple organizations to validate or collect information, review outputs, and drive accountability

Conduct review of data captured (e.g., Assumption soundness, quality)

Maintain valuation data semi-frequently to reflect latest changes in a dynamic, agile environment

Conduct post-implementation reviews including delivery of benefits, generate findings, and convert into future investment process improvements

Partner with product CFOs to manage investment BoW end to end
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

7+ years of prior experience in Finance or related fields

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related areas

Excellent communication skills with ability to comfortably and effectively interact across a broad range of functions

Strong problem solving and analytical skills with experience in financial or data analysis

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and prioritize competing demands to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives

Experience building or running a recurring, sustainable process with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
