The Commercial & Investment Banking Finance & Business Management team is looking for a strategic, analytical and energetic professional to support the Client Onboarding and Servicing organization. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity on our Finance and Buisness Mangement team supporting the Product and Transformation teams, ensuring senior management has visibility into major initiatives, business metrics, financials and data insights to achieve their strategic objectives. This role will partner closely with senior business leaders and key partners across CIB Finance, Business Management, Banking, and Data & Analytics teams to enable effective end-to-end execution.

 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Superior strategic and problem-solving abilities and ability to manage business risks effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas simply in PowerPoint slides
  • Strong project management abilities, including the ability to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Ability to define, influence and deliver strategic agendas across multiple groups with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Experience with product and transformation initiatives
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in Business Mangement, Operations, or Consulting 
  • Identify, escalate and mitigate business risks that could impair our ability to do business: e.g. legal, tax, regulatory, capacity issues, extraordinary transaction costs
  • Analyze financial performance, including expenses; identify productivity initiatives and drive implementation
  • Partner with the business, Operations and Technology in the definition of future workflows and implementation of related technology and infrastructure projects to prepare the business to meet the requirements of an ever evolving market structure

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
  • Previous product knowledge and/or prior Business Management
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
  • Present well to senior and global business heads
  • Able to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to both define and deliver to conclusion a strategic agenda across multiple groups
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
  • Practical fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and stakeholder communications
  • Strong judgment in applying AI—knowing when to use AI vs. manual analysis, and validating outputs for accuracy, completeness, tone, and audience fit
