Position Title: Finance Business Analyst IMEA
Location:6th October City, Cairo
Position Overview
The Finance Business Analyst reports directly to the IMEA Finance Business Partner and indirectly to the regional General Manager. The primary objective of the job holder is to support the IMEA region, contributing to the development and implementation of overall business strategy and the day-to-day operations of the business. This role is supporting the International Growth Market organization, which is active across all three Global Business Units of H.B. Fuller
Primary Responsibilities
- Validate account and market mappings for accurate reporting
- Provide financial guidance to sales and commercial teams
- Analyze P&L performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare BI reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Conduct variance, margin, and pricing analysis
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes across IMEA
- Manage system updates and cross-functional approvals (SAP, BI tools)
- Calculate commissions and support operational finance processes
- Anticipating and responding to changes in financial trends proactively
- Model collaboration and commitment, also managing remote relationships effectively
Minimum Requirements
- BA or BS degree required with strong background in finance / business management
- 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting (FP&A. Accounting, Business Analyst, Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, Audit, Financial Consulting, etc.)
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools, notably, Excel and Power BI.
- International experience, either through studying abroad or working experience
- Seeking solutions that improve process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Driver’s license to be able to regularly visit office and production facilities within the region
