Job DescriptionAs our new Finance Lead, you manage and plan the financial performance in all aspects of operations value creation. You play a key leadership role in helping the company exceed targets, drive margin expansion, and establish a strong foundation to successfully navigate upcoming phases of exponential growth.
- Lead and support the Head of Finance Group Operations in the development of budget plans, financial forecasts, and strategic goals across business units and sites.
- Develop cost visibility and transparency in project performance by implementing Project Cost Dashboard Governance across the Group, enforcing standard work and enabling root cause analysis and action planning.
- Drive engagement with IT teams in the Finance Transformation Group CFO Office to advance digitization of processes and tool setup.
- Identify risks across the portfolio and provide a unified platform for visibility at project and backlog level. Enable early detection and performance comparison to initiate countermeasures and reduce P&L volatility.
- Drive contingency implementation and finance governance and lead cross-functional value creation initiatives to define, measure, and track savings impact while enforcing pricing controls.
- Coach and influence project finance analysts across BUs to foster collaboration, drive cultural change, and strengthen business partnerships.
- Support talent development and help shape a best-in-class finance organization aligned with the CFO’s vision.
- Completed a university degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Finance/Controlling or a comparable qualification.
- At least 15 years of management experience in Finance, preferably in an international industrial environment.
- Solid knowledge of FP&A, project controlling, risk management, and process optimization.
- Experience in developing and implementing digital financial processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, combined with strong analytical competence, and the ability to drive change and deliver results.
