Job Description

Position Purpose:

The role will provide business analysis and support to functional business managers working with the Finance Business Partner Manager and Regional Finance teams to maximize Business performance. This role will track, review, reconcile, report and forecast P&L, asset efficiency and Cash Flow.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform Business Partnering in the relevant Markets to provide effective Finance support to senior local Business stakeholders.

  • Coordinate the development of the relevant Markets Annual Budget and Forecasts to deliver effective performance targets.

  • Provides accurate and timely financial planning and analysis deliverables to direct Manager. 

  • Provide standard and ad-hoc Finance reporting to serve local internal customers efficiently and effectively.

  • Work together with Commercial Finance activities conducted in the Peru & relevant Markets to focus on key customers and driving profitability along with regional team.

  • Work together with Supply Chain Finance area to focus on improving operational efficiency within the Peru & relevant Markets along with regional team.

  • Coordinate the execution of other Business Support & Analysis activities to efficiently serve internal customers.

  • Assemble and summarize sales and revenue data, prepare reports, present analysis; ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Cost Leadership: Coordinate actions for customer profitability and Gross Margin Targets.

  • Financial reporting, credibility, and opportunity. Avoid financial risk. Responsible of all management reports of the Markets assigned, Budget and Forecasts accuracy and opportunity.

  • Seek and develop efficiencies opportunities in all areas.

  • Control and implement Brambles best practices, and procedures.

  • IT Support: Assist to Regional teams and Global IT to follow implementations and improvements to systems.

Challenges/Problem Solving:

  • Precision and quality of insight and commentary on the financial results and performance within markets under responsibility.

  • Clearly communicate conclusions, analytical findings, and value-added information to internal stakeholders.

  • Accuracy and quality of Budgets and Forecasts for the market under responsibility.

  • Achieving the BU budget and forecast within the market under responsibility.

  • Develop and implement strategic business initiatives identified to drive performance and achieve forecast/targets throughout Peru & relevant Markets.

Qualifications:

  • Business B.A, CPA or Industrial Engineering degree.

  • Experience (5+ years) in financial roles.

  • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.

  • Management control, logistic, procurement, value analysis.

  • Experience in industrial and multinational companies.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Advanced English

  • Solid finance background

  • Customer and value creation oriented

  • Performance capacity under pressure

  • High analysis capacity

  • Multitasking profile

  • SAP/BW/Power BI knowledge

  • Capacity to deal with ambiguity.
