- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to engage senior finance stakeholders — CFOs, finance directors, controllers, or audit committees
- Comfort facilitating workshops, walkthroughs, or executive briefings
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
Domain Knowledge
- Financial Accounting & Reporting: chart of accounts, posting logic, period-end close, accruals, deferred revenue, R2R processes, revenue recognition, intercompany reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable & Billing: AR lifecycle, dunning and dispute management, billing cycles, credit/debit memos, payment arrangements, returns and reversal handling
- Regulatory & Compliance: e-invoicing obligations, tax determination, withholding tax, SAF-T or equivalent audit file requirements
- Systems: SAP experience in any capacity (ECC, S/4HANA, or BRIM) is a strong advantage
Nice to Have
- Professional finance qualification — ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent
- Industry experience in utilities, telecommunications, insurance, or financial services
- Exposure to subscription, usage-based, or recurring revenue billing models
- Prior involvement in SAP implementation or finance transformation projects

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the build and maintenance of CLARITY's BRIM demonstration environment — configuring and validating business scenarios from a finance domain perspective
- Support discovery workshops and client engagements, translating customer finance and billing requirements into structured solution inputs
- Contribute to proposal materials, discovery frameworks, and demo scripts
- Participate in implementation project activities while developing SAP configuration skills
- Work alongside senior FI-CA and CI SMEs to bridge business process knowledge and system configuration
- Document requirements, process flows, and test outcomes clearly and precisely
