Job Summary
The Finance Associate will be a key member of the ERP implementation team, responsible for testing the new system's processes to ensure they are working as intended and meeting business requirements. During the parallel run phase, the individual will enter data into Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and ensure all financial transactions are accurately captured. The role also involves performing reconciliations between the new ERP system and the legacy accounting system to ensure smooth data migration and resolve any discrepancies.
Job Responsibilities
- Data entry in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Testing processes, organizing financial documents, and maintaining records.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing and issuing Invoices to customers.
- Assist in day-to-day operations.
Required Skills
- Proficient in data entry
- Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word
- Professional and presentable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management abilities
Experience
- Minimum: Fresh
- Preferred: 1 Year
Education/Qualification
- Minimum: Bsc Finance & Accounts, BBA
- Preferred: Msc Finance & Accounts, MBA
