Redaptive is seeking to hire a Finance Associate with experience in operations, financial analysis, and related functions. The ideal candidate must have experience of using the entire MS Office suite along with know-how of managing document storage systems. The ideal candidate must have analytical & problem-solving skills along with an exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute project tasks from beginning to end with minimal supervision. Job Responsibilities
- Undertake and analyze customer performances spread across various business segments and products.
- Management of data and document in systems such as Salesforce, Contract Wrangler, iDeals VDR.
- Responsible for data collection, analysis, and presentation for various financial operations tasks.
- Development and creation of various MIS which involves data collection, analysis, and reporting of profitability metrics to various internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support business, provide solutions, and execute transactions.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Ability to record and compile data in excel spreadsheets using spreadsheet features and tools including but not limited to lookup functions, pivot table, and other reference functions.
- Tech-savvy skills to support finance and business solutions on various platforms used by the company.
- Extremely detail oriented and organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and provide deliverables timely.
Education and Experience
- A master’s degree in finance / CA.
- 1-2 years of prior experience in project finance document management or related functions.
