What You'll Do:
- Preparing partnership reports on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
- Supporting monthly finance review preparations and monthly budget vs. actual reviews.
- Supporting budget planning, financial reporting, and other global finance requirements.
- Conducting monthly reconciliations with local offices.
- Managing vendor payments and reimbursements.
- Following up on any intercompany transactions and reclassifications.
- Preparing job requisitions and MOUs related to partnership.
- Engage in team of teams works in local, regional, and global level.
The portion of your work is going to be allocated about 60% for the Ashoka Global Team, and 40% for the Ashoka Indonesia Team. The responsibilities are as follow:

- Having founded or co-founded an initiative or organization; has ground experience in building a community or organization
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Accounting experience and practical skill (1-3+ years).
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Able to work on own initiative, proactively and independently, and under minimal supervision.
- Strong team member.
- Communication skills with different audiences.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- IT-savvy is a must.
- Familiar with Salesforce, NetSuite, and others.
