Get to Know the Role
You will support Master Data activities. Main accountabilities include ensuring service delivery following Service Level Agreement and achieving accuracy target as set by our organization.
You will report into the Finance Manager and working onsite in Petaling Jaya.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Ensure the following are being performed, including investigation, resolution, and escalation of issues promptly:
- You will manage the creation, updating, and maintenance of master data in Oracle, which includes vendors, customers, intercompany, and bank.
- You will ensure documentation of changes made to the master data and in compliance to main controls within the master data processes.
- You will support the operations in identifying areas for process optimization and performance of quality reviews to ensure adherence to defined procedures.
- You will help identify and support changes in systems and processes.
- You will monitor related Key Performance Indicators and ensure resolution of all related operational performance measurement issues to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- You will back up team members where applicable.
- You will manage any ad hoc assignments and additional scope in future.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Educational requirement: Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting and/or possesses a Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with minimum working experience of 2-3 years.
- You have experience with the Oracle Financials Cloud system would be beneficial
- Strong Communication Skills: Essential for effectively conveying information and ideas.
- Attention to Detail: Crucial to avoid errors and to maintain quality in the tasks or projects.
- Process Creation & Adherence: You have the ability to develop efficient processes and consistently stick to them, which ensures sustainable productivity.
- Data Analysis Capabilities: Ability to interpret and understand data is necessary for making informed decisions.
