Finance AssistantJob Description Summary
This role is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support client invoicing and accounts receivable processes for teams across Poland. You will work closely with finance teams, external accounting providers, and the Center of Excellence in India, while contributing to month-end and year-end activities. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with fluency in English and Polish and solid MS Excel knowledge. Candidates with accounting experience and a tech-savvy mindset, especially in process automation, will be highly valued.Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Client invoicing, processing of clients’ AR for our Property Management, Office Agency &
Professional Services teams in Poland
• Generating, processing, and distributing client invoices and statements (via KSEF)
• Communication with business team re client invoices
• Supporting business and finance team with month-end and year-end activities
• Daily communication with external accounting provider
• Contact with our Center of Excellence in India and assisting our CoE, when needed
• Potential assistance with AP invoices processing
Requirements:
• Detail oriented, well organized, and responsible, very good ability to organize your own work
• Ensuring high accuracy in your daily activities & tasks
• Pro-active and problem-solving attitude
• Committed to performing assigned duties
• Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team and good analytical skills
• Very good level of English and Polish – speaking and writing
• First experience in the accounting team OR professional experience in a similar position is a
plus
• Tech-savvy, experience in process automation project(s) is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
