We’re looking for a Assistant Account to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience in finance. You’ll support key financial activities, learn industry skills, and work closely with our Finance Manager in a collaborative, innovative environment.
We’re on an exciting international growth journey, and as part of our Finance Team, you’ll play a key supporting role in driving our business forward.
What you'll be working on
Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily bank reconciliations and weekly cash forecasts to maintain tight control over cash flow.
Payment Oversight: Review and approve system-entered payment requests while preparing weekly payment runs to ensure smooth operations.
Accounts Payable: Manage the purchase ledger by analyzing and processing invoices with high accuracy and precise coding.
General Ledger: Prepare and post journal entries and maintain an updated asset register for accurate record-keeping.
Revenue & AR: Raise sales invoices and assist with credit chasing under the Finance Manager's guidance to support the sales process.
Month-End Support: Drive the month-end closing process and provide essential documentation and information for audits.
Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving finance-related queries across the entire business.
Operational Support: Order office supplies and assist the wider team with administrative tasks, including contract database maintenance.

You’re proactive, curious, and detail-focused, with a knack for numbers and a passion for learning. Confident with Excel, ERP systems, and digital tools, you enjoy solving problems and improving processes. - Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBO+/HBO level).
- Ability to work from the office 4 days a week
- Experience in finance or accounting support roles is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is equally valued.
- Confident using Excel, ERP systems, and other digital financial tools.
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently once onboarded.
- Curious problem-solver with an interest in improving processes and workflows.
- Strong communicator in both English and Dutch, with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Collaborative team player who embraces and contributes to our company values.
- Eager to grow and develop a successful career in a dynamic, growing business.
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
