Position Overview
Finance Assistant
Quirk is looking for an assistant for our Financial Coordinators. This is an entry-level position, and no prior Automotive Sales experience is required. We will train the right candidate! Come join our team with a focus on relationships with our customers, our fellow staff, as well as the surrounding communities.
Key Required Proficiencies:
- Assist the Finance Coordinators with processes involving vehicle lease and purchase transactions
- Complete all legal documents for each transaction, as required by state and federal regulations
- Complete all compliance requirements for each transaction, as required by state and federal regulations
- Ensure accuracy and authenticity of every transaction,
- Perform any other related tasks, as assigned by the manager(s)
- Follow up with finance lenders to confirm funding of any pending transactions
Preferred Skills:
- Well acquainted with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights, and weekends
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work well in fast pace environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a background check, including but not limited to, a criminal record check, physical and drug screen and motor vehicle records check (if applicable to position).
