Squint is the Industrial Intelligence Platform, built for the workers who build the things you touch and see every single day. We're the only solution that brings together all the context of an industrial organization into a custom industrial knowledge graph, unique to every customer. Building with AI and AR, that foundation powers the workflows and applications that put the right information in frontline operators' hands on the factory floor and in the field, exactly when and where they need it.
Proven Impact with Industry Leaders
Our technology serves Fortune 500 leaders across manufacturing, field services, and utilities. These companies trust Squint to capture and activate their essential operational know-how, resulting in measurable improvements: reduced downtime, minimized waste, and optimized productivity at scale.
Backed and Built by the Best
We raised a $40m Series B at a $265m valuation and are backed by elite investors including Sequoia Capital, Menlo Ventures, TCV and The Westly Group. Our co-founders have been recognized on Forbes' 30 Under 30 for Manufacturing and Industry, and Fast Company named us one of the most innovative augmented and virtual reality companies of 2026.
We're hiring a Finance and Operations Associate to help keep Squint's financial and operational engine running as we scale.
This is a generalist role: you'll support core finance processes, while also picking up cross-functional projects that don't have an obvious owner yet.
Support the finance function: You'll help manage our annual forecasting, monthly revenue review, and other strategic initiatives.
Keep the operational trains running: You'll own and improve recurring processes — reporting, reconciliations, documentation — that keep the business organized as it grows.
Take on cross-functional projects: From a new vendor contract to a process gap between departments, you'll be a go-to person for “someone needs to own this.”
Build dashboards and reporting: You'll help turn raw financial and operational data into clear, decision-ready reporting for leadership.
You're detail-oriented and comfortable owning process, not just tasks.
You're a strong Excel/spreadsheet user and pick up new tools quickly.
You're energized by variety — one day is close support, the next is a cross-functional project.
You default to figuring things out rather than waiting to be told exactly how.
2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business operations (consulting, banking, or startup ops background all welcome).
Hands-on experience with financial modeling.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
A track record of being a trusted operational partner, not just an executor of instructions.
Based out of our office in San Francisco, we love the energy of in-person collaboration.
