Finance and Accounting Associate - Holycode team

We @Holycode are looking for a Finance and Accounting Associate who will support our Finance team in day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and managing invoices for client services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitoring financial processes and collaborating with the team to identify and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting activities.
• Maintaining accurate records in our invoicing and finance systems.
• Cooperating closely with external accounting team and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assisting with documentation and approval processes for both domestic and foreign clients.
• Staying up to date with relevant financial regulations and helping implement improvements in procedures where needed.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar position and accounting knowledge.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, with a problem-solving mindset and a structured approach to work.
• Solid communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team.
• A proactive and open-minded personality, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus
