The Finance Analytics Manager partners closely with finance leadership, information systems, and operational stakeholders to design and deliver trusted actionable insights, standardize KPIs, optimize technology platforms, and establish a long-term strategy and roadmap that advances the maturity of finance analytics.Education Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and executes a multi‑year finance analytics strategy and roadmap aligned with finance operations priorities
Establishes and governs best practices, standards, and KPI definitions for finance reporting and analytics, ensuring consistency and data integrity
Serves as a trusted advisor to finance leadership by translating business needs into actionable insights and analytics solutions
Leads, mentors, and upskills analytics team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Designs, delivers, and standardizes executive, operational, and self‑service dashboards and reports using modern BI tools
Optimizes finance reporting, data pipelines, systems, and workflows through automation, integration, and continuous process improvement
Advances the use of advanced analytics, AI, and predictive modeling to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and proactive decision‑making
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business analytics, information systems, or related field
Required Qualifications:
3 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data management, with significant experience supporting Finance or Finance Operations
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of experience in a leadership or people-management role
Master’s degree in business, analytics, data science, or finance
Experience implementing predictive analytics, AI, or advanced statistical models within Finance
Experience with healthcare, enterprise finance systems, or complex operational environments
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data management best practices
Familiarity with Workday, Clarity, EPIC, StrataJazz and/or similar enterprise financial and operational systems
