Job Description
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
Preferrable Master’s Degree / MBA
Additional Preferable skills required for this senior portfolio role.
Certifications: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or CMA (Certified Management
Accountant).
Technical Proficiencies: Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, financial modeling), SQL, Python, or data
visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Core Skills: Financial forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting
Business Partnering and Finance Management
• Support India Finance lead (Mobile Technical Services) & Line of Business Lead in the handling of business, operational, financial
decision making, risk mitigation and other financial advice;
• Ensure timely production of annual budgets / quarterly forecasts for the portfolio;
• Highlight the risk & Opportunity for Material pursuits.
• Monitoring and review of financial KPIs;
• Process implementation and improvements;
• Ensure the Finance team assists with on-going cost saving projects, including identification, monitoring and analysis
Reporting/Forecasting/Planning
• Monthly, quarterly & ad-hoc reporting and variance analyses
• Annual budget & quarterly forecasts
Data Management, Policies & Procedures & Audit
• Ensure that service Agreement/Work Authorization/PO/Rate cards are in place and in line with JLL policies.
• Ensure Vendor agreements/Rate cards/timesheets are maintained and reviewed from time to time.
• Ensure that appropriate processes and systems control are planned, implemented and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all
transactions;
• Ensure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy/ready and in keeping with recognized quality management processes
by way of ensuring data accuracy and integrity of the systems.
• Management of Month End processes & Responsible in ensuring month end closing procedures are properly performed and
investigated i.e. Bank Reconciliation, GRNV
• Working with different finance teams (i.e Controllership, FP&A teams) to compliance to accounting standards such as revenue
recognition (fee at risk), cost capitalisation and etc.
Invoice Payments & Billings
• Govern Vendor Payments process.
• Ensure accurate and timely client billings & Revenue recognition.
• Support and maintain all necessary guidelines and manuals associated with the accounts payable / receivable process
• Accountable for the timely coordination of the company invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivable ensuring management of
company cash flow.
• Optimizing working capital and monitoring liquidity on the account. Develop and execute strategies to maximize cash efficiency while
minimizing financial risks.
