This is a temporary, fixed-term position for a duration of one (1) year.
What you will do:The ERP RTR Analyst will join our Business Enterprise Projects team, supporting the rationalization, simplification, and harmonization of accounting processes on an enterprise scale. This role is key in ensuring the alignment of financial processes with organizational objectives and involves close collaboration with global and business process owners across multiple finance workstreams, including Record to Report (RTR), Plan to Forecast (PTF), Order to Cash (OTC), and Procure to Pay (PTP).
Primary Responsibilities:Analyze and map current and future state RTR processes, contributing to enterprise-wide process standardization and efficiency improvements.
Develop a deep understanding of enterprise financial structures, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, charts of accounts, general ledgers, and OneStream frameworks.
Facilitate discussions on costing processes in preparation for ERP transitions and go-live scenarios.
Support the coordination between project teams and stakeholders during ERP implementations, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of milestones.
Act as a partner in ERP implementation, contributing across various financial domains to ensure a cohesive deployment.
Contribute to the transformation of end-to-end RTR processes, designing future workflows aligned with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion for optimal scalability and simplicity.
Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the preparation and execution of test scenarios, documentation of results, and reporting of issues.
Prepare and present data-driven insights to inform project decision-making and process enhancements.
Participate in change management efforts, including the creation and delivery of training materials and support for end-user training initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and align strategies with enterprise financial objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 4 years of experience in RTR or ERP project environments, with familiarity in platforms such as SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion preferred.
Proficiency in financial reporting tools like HFM and OneStream is advantageous.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
Advanced capabilities in Excel, including financial formulas and data management.
Ability to work proactively in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced setting.
