The PSO (Product Service Operations) COE Finance Analyst will play a key role in supporting regional financial planning and analysis for recurring revenue streams. This position is responsible for managing reporting processes, conducting in-depth analysis, and collaborating across functions to ensure accurate forecasting and financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Services Revenue Analysis:
- Manage regional financial reporting and analysis for actuals, forecasts, and planning of recurring revenue.
- Own reporting and forecasting of Annual Contract Value (ACV).
- Perform trend analysis and comparative reviews at the customer and product level
Controllership & Accounting:
- Review general ledger and billing data by customer across the region.
- Collaborate with the controllership team on accruals, adjustments, and revenue bookings.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis of billings and revenue by customer.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Support Sales Operations in contract renewals and billing data validation.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to update entitlements and improve forecast accuracy.
- Monitor the services sales funnel and track changes impacting revenue.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (in progress or graduated) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics or financial analysis.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in data and information management.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Ability to identify anomalies and provide actionable insights.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
