We’re hiring a: Finance Analyst
📍 LatAm
This role sits at the intersection of revenue and finance operations. It’s ideal for someone with a strong accounting or finance foundation who wants exposure to product financials, revenue analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a growing international company.
You’ll work closely with senior finance leaders, supporting financial analysis, reporting, and operational execution across the business.
This is a hands-on role designed for someone ready to grow from execution into strategic finance exposure.
What you’ll do
- Support month-end close (MEC) activities related to revenue and product financials
- Maintain accurate financial data in Quickbooks and other reporting tools
- Track sales orders, billing flows, and revenue movements
- Support accounts receivable (AR) monitoring in coordination with Finance Ops
- Prepare reports, reconciliations, and documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness
Technical & Functional Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, revenue operations, or similar roles
- Understanding of:
- Revenue recognition principles
- Financial reporting
- Variance analysis
- Month-end close processes
- Experience working with Quickbooks
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting
Other Qualifications
- English fluency required
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (completed or in progress)
