Finance Analyst

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and business performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making.
• Utilize Power BI and other data analytics and visualization tools to provide insightful reports.
• Work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage ERP systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Cognos or similar ERP to extract and analyze financial data.
• Communicate key financial insights and recommendations to Senior Management in a clear and concise manner.

• 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications.
• Experience working with data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data and financial models.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent English verbal, written, and reasoning skills.
• A goal-oriented team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Any level of communication in Japanese is not compulsory but an advantage.
