JOB DESCRIPTION
You will support daily Accounts Payable operations and the exchange of information with our external accounting team, working alongside Finance and Legal teams in Brazil and the US.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Execute daily accounts payable tasks (invoice and payment slip entry, verification, and scheduling).
- Assist with vendor relations and the organization of payment records.
Support the organization and submission of documents to external accounting for month-end closing. - Assist in organizing and verifying basic financial data.
- Maintain organized files and spreadsheets.
- Use Excel for departmental tracking and daily reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- English: Reading and comprehension skills (required for using systems in English).
- Excel: Proficiency in Excel for daily data processing.
- Accounting: Basic theoretical knowledge of corporate finance is essential (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, and their interrelationships).
- Profile: Attention to detail, organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and dedication to career growth.
