Join Stryker’s Medical Asia Pacific (APAC) Finance team and play a key role in shaping business performance across the region. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will partner with senior leaders to provide financial insights, drive planning processes, and support decisions that improve growth, profitability, and operational performance.
As a trusted finance partner, you'll combine financial expertise, business intelligence, and commercial analysis to help leaders make informed decisions while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
What You Will Do- Lead the end-to-end forecasting, projection, and annual budgeting processes for the Medical APAC division.
- Own monthly profit and loss reporting, ensuring financial results are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
- Analyze sales, margin, and operating performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business objectives.
- Present monthly financial results, forecasts, and key business insights to regional leadership teams.
- Partner with commercial leaders to evaluate business decisions, investments, and sales initiatives through financial analysis and performance modeling.
- Provide actionable recommendations that improve revenue growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate activities across accounting, compliance, taxation, and risk management functions to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver continuous improvement projects that enhance financial processes, reporting capabilities, and business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, management accounting, or a related finance role.
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, management reports, and financial analyses.
- Experience analyzing profit and loss statements and translating financial data into business recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, or regional business operations within a multinational organization.
- Experience participating in finance transformation or process improvement projects.
