The Finance Analyst – Upstream & Fluid Management is responsible for the reporting, forecasting, budgeting and daily management of the Upstream & Fluid Management business unit’s product management, custom engineering, commercial program, and HQ teams. The Finance Analyst is responsible for operational reporting and analytics to support product strategy, custom project execution, and commercial initiatives that support business unit growth.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Finance – Upstream and Fluid Management and is part of the Upstream and Fluid Management business unit located in Marlborough, MA. This position will be an on-site role. 

What you will do:

• Monthly financial P&L reporting and total year forecasting of the Upstream & Fluid Management product management, custom engineering, commercial program and business unit HQ teams.
• Prepare margin and discount reports, long-range demand analytics, custom project execution progress reports, and commercial initiative execution updates to the business unit teams, providing insights to drive business strategy and growth.
• Own the quarterly Upstream & Fluid Management finished goods excess and obsolescence reserve process

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or similar degrees with 2+ years OR Master's degree with 0+ years experience
• Experience with accrual accounting and income statement reporting
• Proficiency in Excel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Financial reporting systems, such as OneStream or Hyperion
• Data visualization tools, such as Qlik or PowerBI
