What You Will Do
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in advising the organization on financial matters, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic decision-making. You’ll guide teams in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities. This role will be a good fit for you if you thrive in a global matrix environment, with little supervision, and are known throughout the organization as a finance Subject Matter Expert. Here are the key responsibilities and requirements for this role:

Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis.

Forecast quarterly and annual profits based on historical data and market trends.

Prepare cost projections to assist in budgeting and financial planning.

Analyze and report on current financial status, identifying areas for improvement.

Explore investment options and present risks and opportunities.

Coordinate with the management team on long-term financial planning.

Review accounting transactions for data accuracy.

Establish and maintain financial policies.
-
Drive financial/commercial process management.

Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions.
What You Will Bring

Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration.

Years of Experience: 3-5 years.

Advanced Excel skills.
-
Preferred FP&A software experience such as HFM, Essbase, EPM Planning and reporting, or others.
