Finance Analyst - Remote ENTRY LEVEL

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 Annually

Pay is based on numerous factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. 

POSITION SUMMARY INFORMATION: DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS

Position Overview: Support the Project Controls team by handling operational tasks and reporting responsibilities.

 Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Process and review expense reports
• Manage workforce job codes and assignments
• Maintain and update rate trackers
• Bonus calculations and trackers
• Assist with month-end financial coding and reconciliation tasks
• Prepare and distribute monthly finance performance and results reports
• Support billing preparation through timesheet and labor hour validation

Required Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience:

• Intermediate Excel skills
• Good work ethic
• Verbal and written communication skills

 Preferred Education, Certifications, Licenses, and Experience:

      • A bachelor's degree is desired

• 1 - 3 years of experience in finance or project accounting is preferred.

      • Costpoint Project Accounting / Deltek Experience is preferred
