We are looking for a talented Finance Analyst (Project Adminsitrator) to join our team specializing in Finance for our Cummins in San Luis Potosí, S.L.P. ( 3 days on site, 2 days home office)
Job Summary:
Applies developing business process and project management skills within an area of business or technical specialty. Manages small portions of well defined projects. Provides administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Perform financial analysis for multiple projects at New Recon Parts Plant, including Capital and Cummins methodologies Value Product Introduction (VPI), New Business Start Up (NBS), 6 Sixma, Team Based Work Systems ( ( Team Phased and Value Package Change Request (Realease New Version Products)
- Prepare and present project financial information for VPI and NBS with Leadership.
- Control and monitor capital and expenses budgets and approved spending aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Review and approval Engineering Documents for project-driven configurations.
- Create and track Customer Association records.
- Prepare INEGI questionnaires, including:
- Monthly Business Opinion Survey (EMOE)
- Monthly Manufacturing Industry Survey (EMIM)
- Prepare regulatory questionnaires for Banco de México.
- Management and monitor account reconciliations within Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM).
- Manage the administration, creation, updates, and termination of rented equipment, vehicles, and warehouse facilities (Leasing Process Responsible).
- Prepare financial information and materials for NRP Employee Communication.
- Support month-end close activities related to Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) and leasing.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- More than 5 years' experience as a Costs Analyst
- Upper Intermediate English proficiency
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Project management and communication skills
