Finance Analyst - Product

This position is an addition to our growing Finance team! The Finance Product team serves as a trusted advisor to the Product team through business partner support and innovative informative analysis. We are looking for forward-thinking, results-oriented individuals who will succeed in a fast-paced environment, and improve processes that will allow the company to scale with growth! This role partners closely with multiple teams across the Company to drive results.

Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships with business partners to support strategic decision-making through insightful, thoughtful analysis that is deeply grounded in data and metrics.

• Work cross functionally with other areas of Finance, Product functional teams, Sourcing, Operations and other business partners.

• Analysis of product P&L and sku profitability and recommendations

• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and drive improvements in execution

• Review of capital investment related to new product launches and analysis, assist with annual budget, as well as monthly forecasting of new product spend

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines and to produce quality work in an organized, timely and efficient manner

• Assist with ad-hoc analysis and requests as needed

Education and Experience/Skills:

• The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. degree in Finance or Accounting from a 4-year college or university with proven experience.

• 3+ years of work experience in analytically demanding financial role

• Outstanding partnership and interpersonal skills, an ability to balance multiple priorities, deep attention to detail, and the propensity to thrive in the ambiguity that comes with a fast-growing organization

• Strong Excel modeling skills for developing complex financial analyses and decision support models

Hiring Range: $62,300.00 - $97,900.00

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
