Finance Analyst III - FP&A

Position Purpose:  Compile and analyze financial information for the company.  Lead various financial projects.

In this Finance Analyst III role, you will:

• Support the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for SG&A expenses.
• Present monthly and quarterly financial results and forecasts related to SG&A to senior business leaders.
• Collect and analyze data and coordinate the reporting of key financial and operational metrics.
• Assist with the month-end close process by reviewing actuals versus budget, and prepare variance analyses with explanations for management
• Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately
• Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management
• Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
• Handle complex and high-level financial analysis
• Present and discuss analysis with upper management

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred experience:

• Financial Analysis & Planning (FP&A), Cost reporting and/or Accounting
• Experience in Healthcare, MA, and/or studying cost trends also a plus.
• GL drill down
• Advanced excel skills:  Pivot table, Power BI, V & H-Lookup, Excel queries

Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year
