**Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI knowledge**

Position Purpose: With the Iowa Total Care Finance Team, you will compile and analyze financial information for the company, including but not limited to claims / medical expense + general & administrative expenses. Lead various financial projects. Cost effectively manage the utilization of services and develop measures to track, trend and forecast related impacts of organizational strategic initiatives.

• Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations

• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately

• Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management

• Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI knowledge.

Experience in managed care, specializing in financial analysis.

Excellent communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of data with exceptional attention to detail.

Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year
