JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the general direction and supervision of the Director of Grants Management and Sr. Executive Director of Communications, and in collaboration with the Executive Director of Finance, the Grants Management Finance Analyst is responsible for a myriad of finance related activities pertaining to Grants which include but are not limited to financial administration of grant-funded programs by monitoring budgets, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with grant regulations, monthly reporting and reconciliation, and ensuring accurate accounting and stewardship of grant funds. Willingness to cross-train and provide additional responsibility with the finance team is required. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
QualificationsKnowledge of budget development, financial analysis, grant compliance, fiscal monitoring, is highly encouraged. Two-five years of experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field preferred.
