Serve as the Finance Business Partner, supporting our corporate functions and product teams. Collaborate closely with key commercial stakeholders to deliver insightful, actionable business guidance and support.

Be a champion within Finance for delivering high quality insights, constructively challenge business partners, and drive financial and commercial acumen within the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assist with the preparation of monthly reporting, including P&L and Balance Sheet variance analysis, board reporting pack and monthly reporting to budget holders.
• Deep dive on trends, KPIs and draw out key insights to drive monthly discussions with various stakeholders.
• Analyse the impact of different scenarios on profitability and cash flow, highlighting any risks and opportunities in our financial outlook. Provide actionable insights to managers to support informed business decisions.
• Support the Group’s budgeting and forecasting processes, building the foundation for the Group’s rolling forecasts and 3-5 year plans.
• Maintain robust financial models to create budgets and forecasts. Analyse historical data to identify trends and apply insights to future projections.
• Present and engage with various stakeholders, including Heads Of departments, VPs, and c-suite level leaders across the company.

What you will bring to the role:

• 2-3 years experience in a Finance Analyst role or similar
• Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Economics or Finance. CA or CPA certified preferred. 
• Strong Excel, financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience in implementation, maintenance and usage of financial planning software preferred.
• Critical thinker with tenacity for problem solving and willingness to seek information and appropriately challenge the status quo.
• Self-motivated, a team player and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
