Finance Analyst (d/w/m)
JOB PURPOSE
The Finance Business Partner plays a key role in the Switzerland MSO organization (~CHF 300m turnover), supporting forecasting, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making with an ownership mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Management
Lead monthly financial reporting cycle (Actual and Forecast)
Support the sales and operations planning process and improve forecast accuracy.
Monitor and challenge Brand & Marketing investment budget
Monitor and challenge Overhead budget in liaison with Financial Excellence Team
Analyze Gross Margin movements (GMVA) and drive actions to improve profitability
Monitor business performance and implement actions to achieve annual financial targets
Monitor working Capital with a strong focus on debtor management
Support annual business planning activities.
Support innovation business cases and performance tracking of innovation performance
Business Partnering Commercial teams
Partner with customer development teams to support annual negotiations and value creation initiatives.
Review rebate agreements, monitor monthly provisions for accuracy, track trade spending utilization, and manage outstanding rebates.
Drive optimization of trade marketing investments.
Improve customer profitability across multiple product categories.
Stewardship
Improve order-to-cash processes and strengthen governance for rebates, pricing, and contracts.
Execute order-to-cash and trade terms controls in accordance with internal control requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4-5 years of relevant finance experience
Master’s degree in finance, Business, or Economics
Fluent English; German is a plus
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong commercial and financial acumen with a proven track record of delivering results.
Ownership mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges using data-driven insights.
Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis; Microsoft Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
Demonstrates accountability, resilience, and strong business judgment to drive high performance and profitable growth.
