Team / division overview
For the team "DWS Finance" we are looking, at the earliest possible date, for a motivated employee (m/f/d) at our Luxembourg location.
The main task will be to support the preparation of transferring the Accounts Payable process from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA and the associated implementation of the DB Buyer Tool. As a basis, this position involves taking on a wide range of tasks in day-to-day operations relating to the operational cost controlling and invoice settlement process. This requires strong communication skills in German and English as well as a structured way of working. In addition, you are able to cooperate in a trustworthy manner with all hierarchical levels.
Your responsibilities:
As our Finance Analyst, you will:
Support within the project for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and DB Buyer, collaboration with project teams
Cooperation with Finance Offshore Centres within the scope of the project
Processing of incoming invoices, account assignment, invoice verification and support of payment runs
Processing of intercompany recharges and internal cost allocations within the Group
Various reconciliation activities and controls
Participation in the preparation of monthly closings in accordance with IFRS
We are looking for:
Commercial vocational training or alternatively initial experience in accounting, also as part of a university degree
Basic knowledge of accounting and cost accounting
Good MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Structured, diligent and independent working style with a strong understanding of numbers
Very good communication skills in German and English (international working environment)

Skills Required
