The Role
Support transactional finance tasks including supplier invoice processing, statement reconciliations, subcontractor invoice/certification processing, timesheet input/review, and general data entry. Assist with ad-hoc finance and data analysis tasks to support monthly reporting.

As a Finance Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in transactional tasks and data input that support monthly financial reporting. 

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to assist with:
  • Supplier invoice processing 
  • Supplier statement reconciliations 
  • Processing of subcontractor invoices / certifications 
  • Timesheet input / review 
  • Data entry 

There would also be an expectation that the role will assist with any other ad hoc project work that may arise 

Experience and Qualifications
  • Ideally holds an AAT Level 3 Diploma, but would consider AAT Level 2 Certificate or relevant experience 
  • Experience in double-entry bookkeeping, basic costing and an understanding of purchase, sales and general ledgers
  • Good communication skills and ability to take direction as part of a team
  • Computer literate with strong excel capability
  • Able to support with data analysis

Skills Required

  • AAT Level 3 Diploma or AAT Level 2 Certificate or relevant experience
  • Experience in double-entry bookkeeping, basic costing, and ledger understanding

  • Ability to support with data analysis
