JOB SUMMARY:
Primarily responsible for processing Accounts Payable and providing administrative assistance in support of projects on the Finance Team as a task specialist by utilizing processes and resources in a manner that is efficient, effective, and contributes to the overall success of the Finance Team within the Division.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and various other software applications in support of department generated reports and documents

Must possess strong organization and communication skills (oral and written) along with ability to problem solve

Process invoices (primarily utility), check requests and tax bills for payment including receiving, researching, coding, confirming completion of work, and routing for review and approval

Manage escrow deposit process coordinating with outside escrow agents and internal Corporate Accounting team.

Lead Division Record Retention efforts

Act as point of contact with landlord and management company

General office duties including filing, inventory of supplies, processing mail, maintaining copiers, assisting in smaller office events and generating FedEx Labels

Accomplish routine and assigned administrative tasks including, but not limited to, communications flow, document handling, tracking, scheduling, prioritizing, follow up, and follow through

Assist Division with other ad-hoc projects and office tasks as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business related field preferred

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent in related field
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

1-3 years prior Accounts Payable, General Clerical Experience & Finance Experience

Previous homebuilding or construction experience a plus
