Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the integrity of financial records and all supporting documentation.
- Facilitate bookkeeping processes and the accurate recording of transactions within the accounting software.
- Execute bank reconciliations and manage schedules for both accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor company and project spending to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts and comprehensive financial reports.
- Organize and maintain essential financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment logs.
- Assist in fulfilling financial reporting obligations for grants, investors, and external partners.
- Help manage payroll records, statutory payments, tax documentation, and audit readiness.
- Oversee cash flow and payment tracking schedules.
- Detect financial discrepancies or missing documentation and promptly escalate issues for resolution.
- Provide analytical support to the Finance Manager and leadership team on various financial matters.
