    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage financial transactions, including preparing and reconciling general ledger entries and accounts.
    • Ensure timely payments, accurate financial reporting, and creation of financial statements.
    • Reconcile orders, bank accounts, and daily transactions, maintaining precise records.
    • Handle tax compliance, including VAT and Withholding Tax reports, using tax software and staying updated on tax regulations.
    • Prepare and file daily, monthly, and tax reports while supporting overall finance and accounting processes.
    • Account receivable and account payable management
    • Prepare payment to vendor/supplier/dealer and ensure all payment paid on time
    • Help to deal with admin, sales, cashier or other related parties within a Depo

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    We are seeking a qualified professional with the following credentials and experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax with a minimum GPA of 3.00
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
    • Preferred experience in the consumer electronics or mobile industry
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with high initiative, responsibility, and adaptability
    • Brevet A & B certifications
    • USKP certification as a tax consultant
    • Willingness to work in various locations including Tangerang, Bekasi, Jambi, PGC, or Cempaka Mas

    The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of current tax regulations and financial reporting standards is essential for this role.

    Skills Required
