Job Description
- Supervise the daily activities of the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. - Ensure the effective execution of finance and accounting plans and strategies. - Resolve escalated financial and accounting issues promptly and efficiently. - Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with finance and accounting standards and regulations. - Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. - Provide guidance and support to finance and accounting staff to enhance their skills and performance. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations. - Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance finance and accounting processes. - Mengawasi aktivitas harian tim keuangan dan akuntansi untuk memastikan pelaporan keuangan yang akurat dan tepat waktu. - Memastikan pelaksanaan rencana dan strategi keuangan dan akuntansi yang efektif. - Menyelesaikan masalah keuangan dan akuntansi yang dieskalasi dengan cepat dan efisien. - Menyiapkan dan menyajikan laporan kinerja kepada manajemen senior, menyoroti metrik utama dan area yang perlu diperbaiki. - Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar dan regulasi keuangan dan akuntansi. - Membantu dalam persiapan laporan keuangan, anggaran, dan perkiraan. - Memberikan panduan dan dukungan kepada staf keuangan dan akuntansi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kinerja mereka. - Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan operasi keuangan yang efisien. - Menerapkan praktik perbaikan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan proses keuangan dan akuntansi.Company:
