Then apply for an internship in Finance and Accounting at Procter & Gamble! Our Finance team do real, varied projects that make a genuine impact across both commercial and technical finance. Finance spans the entire Company – and you will be the CFO of your project area from Day 1. You could be working multifunctionally to define and execute a brand’s commercial strategy, partnering our sales team to create great plans to take to our customers, identifying optimisation opportunities in our supply chain, or working on accounting projects within our cutting-edge financial shared services organisation. There’s real ownership and learning from the outset, and your impact will be felt across the company.
During your 10-week summer internship you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in finance with P&G involves, and if it is right for you. You will be working on live business projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Previous finance internship projects cover topics including defining the finance strategy for one of our products or identifying key pockets of profitable growth where we could grow our brands in the market.

We have roles based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction and a free shuttle service from the station to the office, and our London Manufacturing Plant site which allows easy access to the city while being situated in a well-connected industrial hub. Chafford Hundred and Grays mainline stations (C2C train line) are nearest to the Plant site besides several bus routes.
Responsibilities and Real Work from Day 1: You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges, just like a true P&Ger.
Continuous training & coaching: You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.

Job Qualifications
University students graduating in 2027. We also welcome applications from those who have already recently graduated.
Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies.
Strong verbal and written English language skills.
Start Date:
The summer internship is available from 1st July 2026 until 4th September 2026. We expect you to be available for the full duration.
Right to Work:
For our internship roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your internship without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 1st July 2026 until 4th September 2026 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
