About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Finance/ Accounting Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Finance team, which manages the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The team ensures accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulations and accounting standards while analyzing financial data. The goal is to provide stakeholders with timely and reliable financial information for educated decision-making. What you’ll be working on:

• Manage finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, expense claims, payment processing, and invoicing activities.
• Develop, implement, and refine accounting policies and procedures to ensure efficient financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit processes, internal controls, and legal requirements.
• Oversee supplier invoicing, employee reimbursements, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Provide financial support to local and overseas offices, promoting seamless financial operations.
• Collaborate with the Head of Finance to prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, guiding the company’s financial strategy.
• Monitor day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Over 6 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in accounting standards, tax law, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor team members.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment, multitask efficiently, and prioritize effectively.
