Program Structure:
- Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months.
- Location: Onsite
- Start Date: January 2026
What We’re Looking For:
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail oriented, accurate, and reliable with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Accounting or Finance major with multiple courses completed toward the major.
- Advanced Excel skills,
- Prior experience or coursework involving Oracle systems or data visualization tools.
What You’ll Focus On:
- Assist with month-end close processes.
- Perform spend analysis and generate financial and operational reports.
- Provide day-to-day support to Charter Wire's Finance function.
- Develop a broad understanding of accounting and financial processes.
- Participate in and support Continuous Improvement projects.
- Document and enhance existing finance and accounting processes.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned and expand financial and accounting knowledge.
