What we offer

What you will do

  • Management and accounting of expense notes and company visas

  • Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions

  • Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders

  • Supervised and lead by Team members you will identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them

  • Monthly accounting closings

  • Introduction of the Immediate Supply of Information (SII)

  • Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors

  • Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks

  • Coordination with agency for the presentation of monthly taxeS

  • Other administrative tasks such as (file, customer collection claims)

What you´ll bring

  • Certificate of Higher Education or accounting studies

  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel

  • At least 1 year of experience in an accounting department

  • Good knowledge of Spanish accounting procedures and accounting standards

  • Attention to detail

  • Management of accounting RP (Exact on Line)

  • Intermediate English level
